These Terms & Conditions govern your use of davidlawrencecounselling.com.au (the “website”) and the counselling services provided by David Lawrence Counselling (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We provide counselling for children, adolescents, and adults, in person in Mentone and via telehealth across Australia. Counselling is a collaborative process; while we bring professional skill and care, we do not guarantee any particular outcome. A referral is not required to book.

Our services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For 24/7 support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.

• Fees are advised at the time of booking and are payable as arranged.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
• Session times are reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours  notice by phone, text, or email. A non-attendance fee may apply where less than 48 hours  notice is given, so that the time can be offered to other clients.

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your care.
• Attend sessions on time and engage in good faith.
• For telehealth, ensure you are in a private, safe space with a stable connection.
• Treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Confidentiality applies, subject to the legal exceptions set out in that policy.

All content on this website — text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to David Lawrence Counselling and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it. The website may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
